Welcome to luvaur.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website luvaur.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. The Site and products are operated and supplied by Zenyu Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16840342, with its registered office at 182-184 High Street North, Office 15597, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom ("Luvaur," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may only use the Site and purchase products if:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence
- You are resident in a country we currently ship to (see our Shipping Policy)
- You are using the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes
By placing an order, you confirm that all of the above are true. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the customer does not meet these requirements.
2. The Contract Between Us
Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline any order for any lawful reason, including:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock
- We are unable to deliver to the address provided
- There is an error in the price or product description
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms
If we decline your order after payment has been taken, we will refund the full amount paid within 5–10 business days.
3. Products and Descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. However:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the physical product (for example, in shade, packaging design, or label version)
- Ingredient formulations may be updated from time to time — the most current ingredient list is always shown on the product page at the time of purchase
- Our products are cosmetic wellness products intended for external use on the skin. They are not medicines, medical devices, or food supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

4. Pricing, Payment and VAT
- All prices are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT
- Shipping is free on all orders (see Shipping Policy)
- Payment is taken at the point of order via the payment methods available at checkout
- We accept payment through the providers listed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment partners under their own terms
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed
If a pricing error is discovered on the Site (for example, a decimal place error or clearly mistaken price), we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund, even after order confirmation.
5. Accounts
Creating an account is optional — you may also check out as a guest.
If you choose to create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately at help@luvaur.com if you suspect unauthorised access
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or in a manner harmful to us or other customers. Any outstanding orders at the time of termination will be fulfilled or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Your statutory and voluntary refund rights are set out in full in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Directive on the Sale of Goods (2019/771).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, formulations, trademarks, videos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Zenyu Ltd and is protected by UK, EU, and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission, except:
- For personal, non-commercial use
- To temporarily store pages in your browser cache
- To share product links via social media in their original form
"Luvaur," the Luvaur logo, and our product names are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.
9. User-Generated Content
If you submit content to us — including reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, social media posts tagged to our brand, or messages via email, direct message, or review platforms ("User Content") — the following terms apply.
9.1 Your rights and warranties. You confirm that:
- You are the owner of the User Content, or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it
- The User Content is truthful, accurate, and reflects your genuine experience or opinion
- The User Content does not infringe any third party's rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or contractual rights
- The User Content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
9.2 Licence you grant us. By submitting User Content, you grant Zenyu Ltd a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the User Content in any media, for any purpose connected with our business, including but not limited to:
- Advertising and marketing (including paid ads)
- Product pages, landing pages, emails, and the Site itself
- Social media posts and reposts
- Press and media materials
- Packaging and point-of-sale materials
You waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any moral rights you may have in the User Content.
9.3 Attribution and removal. We may, but are not required to, credit you by first name, first-name-and-initial, or username. You may request removal of specific User Content from our public-facing channels at any time by contacting help@luvaur.com. We will action reasonable removal requests within 30 days, subject to technical limitations (for example, content already printed or distributed in third-party media may not be recallable).
9.4 No obligation to use. We are under no obligation to use, display, or retain any User Content you submit.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or the accounts of other users
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Site
- Resell our products on third-party platforms (marketplaces, resale sites, social commerce) without our prior written permission
- Submit false or misleading reviews
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Site or our products in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it
Breach of this section may result in cancellation of orders, termination of any account, and, where appropriate, legal action.
11. Marketing Communications
By placing an order, you will receive transactional emails necessary to fulfil your order — including order confirmation, shipping notifications, tracking updates, and refund confirmations. These are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while your order is active.
Marketing communications — including newsletters, promotional offers, and product launches — are sent only to customers who have explicitly opted in, either at checkout or through a separate signup.
You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by:
- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
- Emailing help@luvaur.com
- Updating preferences in your account (if you have one)
Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect transactional communications about your orders.

12. Disclaimers
12.1 No medical claims. Our products are cosmetic wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information on the Site is for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision affecting your health, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
12.2 Individual results vary. Experiences with cosmetic wellness products are personal and vary from individual to individual. Testimonials and reviews reflect the personal experience of the customer and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
12.3 Site availability. We take reasonable steps to keep the Site available, secure, and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for operational or maintenance reasons, without liability.
12.4 External links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law, including your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Directive on the Sale of Goods
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order, the Site, or these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special losses
- Loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data
- Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed
- Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (see Force Majeure)
This clause applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenyu Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your submission of User Content in breach of section 9
- Your misuse of the Site or our products
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
This indemnity is subject to the limitation of liability in section 13 and does not apply to matters caused by our own negligence or wrongdoing.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where the failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, acts of government, labour disputes, carrier failures, customs delays, and outages of essential third-party services.
Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will communicate with you about any significant impact on your order.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or any account at any time, without notice, if:
- You breach any part of these Terms
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
You may close your account at any time by emailing help@luvaur.com. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination, including obligations to pay for products already ordered and our obligations to fulfil those orders.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or customer experience improvements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
For orders already placed, the Terms in effect at the time of your order apply. For new orders, the current published Terms apply — we recommend reviewing them each time you visit.
Material changes to the Terms affecting existing account holders will be notified by email where practical.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by English law.
Consumer protection notice for EU customers: As an EU consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of laws that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. As an EU consumer, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state in which you reside.
19. Dispute Resolution
19.1 Contact us first. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at help@luvaur.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
19.2 ODR platform. EU consumers have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, for disputes arising from online purchases.
19.3 Alternative dispute resolution. We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme but will engage in good faith with any competent consumer protection authority in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Sweden that contacts us regarding a customer complaint.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenyu Ltd regarding your use of the Site and purchase of our products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
